Join your fellow foodies (people who enjoy buying,cooking and talking about food) on a journey of discovery. Learn English cookingterminology, how to describe taste and texture, share and cook your favourite recipes and recommend good restaurants. This course is led by our resident foodie, Jess, who is a published cookbook author and has cooked in a number of restaurants.
As part of this course you will be making a number of dishes at home and sharing them with your classmates.
